Every pre-booked ticket purchased before 11:59pm on 1st August 2026 will be entered into the draw.

The winner will be selected at random and announced shortly after the closing date.

Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is open to UK residents only.
2. Every valid pre-booked event ticket purchased before 11:59pm on 1st August 2026 counts as one entry.
3. Entrants must have liked and shared the original competition post to be eligible.
4. Multiple entries are permitted through the purchase of additional event tickets.
4.a Additional competition entries can be purchased separately; however, entrants must first hold a valid pre-booked event ticket. Additional entries do not include event admission and cannot be purchased as a substitute for an event ticket.
5. The winner will be selected at random using an independent random selection tool.
6. The winner will be contacted via social media and/or the contact details provided when booking tickets.
7. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
8. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
9. The ride experience is subject to weather conditions, vehicle availability, operational requirements and any safety restrictions in force on the day.
10. Vehicle type may be substituted with a similar emergency or display vehicle if circumstances require.
11. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require parental consent to participate.
12. Participants must comply with any instructions given by the vehicle owner, driver or event organisers.
13. Caldicot Town Team reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
14. The prize is strictly valid for redemption on Sunday 23rd August 2026 only. No alternative dates, transfers, or rescheduling will be permitted.
